On PlayChange.io, NFT purchases are subject to clearly defined limitations due to the nature of blockchain-based digital assets. At the time of checkout, users are provided access (via a visible link) to PlayChange.io's applicable Terms of Service and NFT Purchase Policy. This policy outlines our refund, cancellation, and remedy procedures to ensure transparency and informed consent before checkout is finalized.
NFT purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed and the NFT has been minted or transferred on-chain. This is due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions.
Once an NFT is minted and transferred to your wallet, PlayChange cannot reverse or refund the transaction due to blockchain immutability.
Orders may only be canceled prior to on-chain minting or transfer, where technically feasible. Once a blockchain transaction has been executed, cancellation is no longer possible.
