1. Introduction

On PlayChange.io, NFT purchases are subject to clearly defined limitations due to the nature of blockchain-based digital assets. Once an NFT is minted and transferred to your wallet, PlayChange cannot reverse or refund the transaction due to blockchain immutability.

3. Pre-Mint Cancellation Options

Orders may only be canceled prior to on-chain minting or transfer, where technically feasible. Once a blockchain transaction has been executed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once the blockchain transaction is confirmed, cancellation is technically impossible.

4. Available Remedies

In limited circumstances, PlayChange.io may offer remedies including transaction reversal (if possible), account credit, or other appropriate resolutions, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Failed Transactions

If your payment was processed but you did not receive your NFT due to a technical error:

  • We will investigate and either complete the NFT delivery or issue a full refund within 5 business days

4.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same NFT purchase:

  • We will refund duplicate charges within 10 business days to your original payment method

4.3 Technical Errors Attributable to the Platform

  • Remedies may include NFT delivery, full refund, or platform credit
  • All resolutions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Understanding Blockchain Immutability

NFTs are minted on blockchain networks that are decentralized and immutable. This means that once data is written to the blockchain, it cannot be modified, deleted, or reversed by any party, including PlayChange.

5.1 What Immutability Means

Blockchain transactions are permanent and cryptographically secured:

  • Transactions cannot be reversed or canceled after confirmation
  • Ownership records are permanent and cannot be altered
  • PlayChange does not control the blockchain network and cannot undo transactions

Before completing any purchase, ensure you:
